Therapy Intensives
What exactly is a Therapy Intensive?
Do not be fooled, therapy work should be more than just 1 hour at a time. Therapy Intensives allow for deep processing and effective coping strategies.
Therapy Intensives are broken into 3 appointments:
Intake session: 60-minute session to gain a better understanding about what your intensive will focus on and create the roadmap for this journey
Intensive Session: 3 hour individual session using a whole-person approach involving IFS, Mindfulness, Self-Compassion, Brainspotting, and Somatic practices to help you heal without becoming overwhelmed. This session takes place anywhere between 1 and 2 weeks after the Intake session.
Debrief Session: 60-minute session 2-3 weeks after your Intensive Session to review progress and determine future steps
