People who are insightful, motivated, and emotionally aware—but still feel stuck, burned out, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. I blend evidence-based therapy with deep emotional work—integrating DBT, Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, and self-compassion—to help you regulate your nervous system, understand your patterns, and build a stronger sense of self. Sessions are focused, collaborative, and grounded in both psychology and real life.
